We are currently experiencing a temporary outage with our payroll system. This will not affect your scheduled pay - payments will still be processed on time.

However, as payroll processing and clock-ins are typically managed in the ENCEM project during shifts, there may be a delay in the availability of payslips and invoices. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this issue.

Due to a power outage at Loxley House, Nottingham City Council’s IT systems have been significantly affected. As a result, WiFi access at council-run libraries is currently down, which may impact the resources available during NSEMM’s Community Education Network sessions.

Despite this disruption, our in-person tutoring sessions will continue as scheduled. However, please be aware that online resources may be unavailable, so students and tutors should bring any necessary materials in physical format where possible.

Library facilities remain open, but digital services may be restricted until the issue is resolved. We appreciate your patience and adaptability as we navigate these temporary challenges. Updates will be provided as soon as more information becomes available.
